Job Description
HR Recruiter:
1.Manage the Sourcing, Interviews and Hiring activities for all Entry level positions.
2. Sourcing / Headhunting through Job Portals / Social Networking, vendors and campus placement.
3. End to End Recruitment.
4. Scheduling interviews & follow-up with Candidates.
5. Ensure that all the documentation (i.e. Job Description, Specifications, General Information, Tracking and Applicant flow) is complete for all open positions.
6. Develop and Maintain an efficient Electronic Sourcing Mechanism for all Recruitment Positions.
7. Maintain and Exceed the defined recruiting SLAs.

1. Excellent written & verbal communication.
2. Quick learner and Strongly Motivated
3. Basic knowledge on Computers, Internet & social media.

5. Aggressive & Passionate towards work.
6. Flexible and adaptable.
7. Open to Travel Pan India for Recruitment
Note: This job involves travel and will give lot of exposure. Candidates not comfortable with travel need not appear for interview.
